The FREUD D0604DH is a 6.5-inch, 4-tooth circular saw blade engineered specifically for cutting fiber cement materials, including HardiePlank and similar cement board siding products. The blade uses Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tipping, which is the approved tip material for fiber cement cutting and delivers up to 60 times longer cutting life compared to standard carbide blades. A laser-cut thin kerf design promotes fast, precise cuts while reducing dust generation and material waste. The anti-vibration body design stabilizes the blade during operation and reduces noise. A non-stick Perma-Shield coating helps dissipate heat and resists buildup during extended use. This blade is designed for licensed siding and general contractors as well as experienced trim carpenters.
The D0604DH is suited for residential and light commercial siding installation and replacement work. It fits circular saws with a 5/8-inch arbor, making it compatible with a wide range of standard 6.5-inch sidewinder and worm-drive saws commonly used on fiber cement job sites. The blade is engineered to produce 5 percent less respirable dust compared to conventional fiber cement blades, an important consideration when working in occupied structures or enclosed areas where dust control is critical. Sold in a package quantity of 25 blades per case.
