    Sent wrong item

    We ordered a stainless steel double sink with the smaller bowl on the right. You shipped a 20 year old model with the small bowl on the left, probably because you were out of stock on the item that we ordered. This does not work for us. After significant back and forth a return was approved. I shipped the item back and a full refund was issued. Suggest that it is better to inform the customer about the out of stock situation rather than going through the hastle of discovering the item was wrong and shipping it back.
