The FLUKE FLUKE-715 is a handheld current calibrator designed for field and bench use by instrumentation technicians, control system specialists, and industrial maintenance professionals. It sources and measures DC signals across a 0 to 24 volt range, with plus or minus 10 percent basic DC accuracy. An integrated LCD display gives technicians a clear, direct readout during loop calibration and signal verification tasks. The FLUKE-715 ships with alligator clips, test leads, a battery, a holster, an instruction sheet, and a traceable calibration report with data, making it ready to deploy from the box.
The FLUKE-715 is used in industrial process control environments where 4 to 20 milliamp current loops and voltage signal circuits require calibration, testing, and verification. Typical applications include transmitter calibration, control valve signal testing, and process instrument verification on plant floors, in mechanical rooms, and at field instrument panels. It is equally suited for HVAC building automation control loops and industrial instrumentation circuits where accurate signal sourcing is critical to process integrity.
Designed for use with standard 4 to 20 milliamp current loop instrumentation circuits and DC voltage signal systems commonly found in industrial process control, building automation, and HVAC applications.
The FLUKE-715 is serviced and operated by qualified instrumentation technicians and controls electricians. Before connecting to any live loop or signal circuit, de-energize the circuit and verify it is safe to work on per site lockout/tagout procedures. Follow applicable electrical codes, including NEC requirements for test equipment use in classified or unclassified locations. Use only the supplied test leads and alligator clips to maintain measurement integrity and avoid signal errors.
