The FLUIDMASTER pro1t09m is a 9-inch braided stainless steel toilet supply line designed for residential plumbing connections between the shut-off valve and toilet ballcock inlet. It features a tough polymer core encased in braided stainless steel wire, giving it flexibility and resistance to kinking even in tight installations. The 3/8-inch compression inlet connects to standard angle stop valves, while the 7/8-inch ballcock end fits most standard toilet fill valve inlets. Dual metal nuts with nickel-plated brass hex construction allow for a secure, tool-friendly connection. Licensed plumbers and skilled DIYers install this type of connector as a direct replacement during toilet rough-in, valve replacement, or fixture swap-outs. It carries a 10-year warranty and is rated to exceed applicable code requirements for flexible water connectors.
The pro1t09m is suited for residential toilet installations where a short, 9-inch supply line is the correct reach from wall stop to ballcock. It is part of the Fluidmaster PRO Series line of supply connectors, which are distributed through professional plumbing supply channels. Typical applications include toilet replacement, angle stop valve service, and bathroom remodels where the existing supply line is being swapped for a code-compliant, durable alternative. The flexible construction makes it easier to align mismatched inlet and valve positions without stressing the connection.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement supply line for residential toilet installations using a 3/8-inch compression angle stop valve and a 7/8-inch ballcock or fill valve inlet.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified DIYer following local plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply at the angle stop valve and flush the toilet to relieve pressure before removing the existing supply line. Hand-tighten the compression and ballcock nuts first, then snug with an adjustable wrench — do not overtighten, as this can crack plastic fill valve inlets. Inspect both connection points for drips after restoring supply pressure.
