The FLAGRO FVO-200RC is an indirect fired forced-air space heater rated at 185,000 BTU/h, built for temporary heating of construction sites, industrial facilities, and enclosed work areas where combustion-free conditioned air is required. A 16-gauge 304 stainless steel heat exchanger separates combustion gases from the supply airstream, routing all exhaust externally through dedicated vent ducting. Maximum airflow reaches 2,600 CFM with duct runs up to 150 feet. Power requirements are 115 volts, 15 amps rated with a 6-amp operating draw. The included recirculation hood draws return air back through the unit for improved temperature distribution across the heated space.
The FVO-200RC is suited for residential construction, commercial job sites, industrial warehouses, and any temporary or seasonal heating application where exhaust gases must remain outside the occupied space. The unit accepts oil, diesel, propane, or natural gas, giving contractors flexibility across job site conditions. The built-in 23-gallon fuel tank provides approximately 17 hours of run time on a single fill. Two 12-inch flat-free wheels and two casters allow repositioning without tools. Air outlet options of 12 inches or 16 inches in diameter accommodate standard duct fittings, and compatible outlet ducting includes FV-HD12 and FV-HDG16 configurations.
Compatible outlet ducting includes FV-HD12 (12 inches x 12 sections) and FV-HDG16 (16 inches x 25 sections). Return ducting is compatible with FV-HD12 (12 inches x 12 sections). Designed for use with Riello F5 burner components as detailed in the FVO-200RC operations manual.
Installation and commissioning should be performed by a qualified HVAC or mechanical contractor familiar with temporary heating equipment and applicable local codes. Shut off fuel supply and disconnect power at the 115-volt source before servicing the burner, heat exchanger, or any electrical components. Ensure exhaust ducting exits the building and terminates away from fresh-air intakes in accordance with local authority requirements. Verify all duct connections are secure and the recirculation hood is properly positioned before placing the unit in service.
