The FLAGRO FVO-1100TR is a self-contained, trailer-mounted indirect fired heater unit built for large-scale temporary heating on construction sites, remote jobsites, and industrial work areas. The unit houses two FVO-400RC indirect fired oil-burning heaters, each rated at 390,000 BTU/h, delivering a combined output of 780,000 BTU/h. Airflow of up to 4,000 CFM is distributed through either four 12-inch diameter or two 16-inch diameter duct outlets. Licensed HVAC contractors and certified heating technicians typically deploy this unit on projects requiring clean, indirect heat delivery to occupied or enclosed spaces.
The FVO-1100TR is suited for large residential and commercial construction projects, civil infrastructure work, industrial shutdowns, and remote operations where a permanent heat source is unavailable. The integrated onboard generator allows operation where no grid power is accessible. The 299-gallon steel fuel tank with TC-approved capacity supports extended run times without refueling, making the unit practical for continuous overnight heating shifts or multi-day remote deployments. The recirculating air inlet configuration allows the unit to draw and recondition air from within a heated space, improving thermal efficiency in enclosed structures.
Designed as a self-contained trailer unit incorporating two FVO-400RC indirect fired heaters. Outlet ducting is compatible with FV-HD12 (12-inch) duct components. Verify duct sizing and fuel supply connections against site-specific requirements before deployment.
Deployment and commissioning should be performed by qualified HVAC or heating contractors familiar with indirect fired oil-burning equipment and applicable codes. Before servicing either heater unit, shut down the burners, allow heat exchangers to cool, and de-energize the onboard generator. Fuel system connections and containment integrity should be inspected prior to each use in accordance with local fire code and the applicable installation standard. Do not operate in fully sealed, unventilated spaces; indirect fired units exhaust combustion gases externally, but adequate fresh-air makeup must still be confirmed for the heated space.
