The FLAGRO FV-THB is a remote thermostat designed for use with Flagro indirect-fired and electric construction heaters. It connects via a 25-foot cord with a twist-lock connector, allowing operators to regulate heat output from a distance without approaching the heater directly. The ambient temperature sensing range covers 40 degrees F to 100 degrees F, which addresses the full range of typical jobsite heating scenarios. This unit is installed by HVAC technicians, construction site supervisors, or equipment operators managing temporary heat in work environments that require hands-off temperature regulation.
The FV-THB is suited for temporary heating applications on commercial and industrial jobsites where the heater is positioned away from the active work area. The 25-foot cord provides enough reach to mount or position the thermostat at an operator station while the heater runs at a distance. Compatible models confirmed from manufacturer documentation include the THC 175DF and THC 355CDF heater units. The twist-lock connector delivers a secure, vibration-resistant link between the thermostat and the heater control circuit, reducing the risk of unintended disconnection during operation.
Compatible with Flagro THC 175DF and THC 355CDF heater units. Fits Flagro heaters equipped with a twist-lock thermostat port. Verify connector type on the target heater before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician or equipment operator familiar with the connected heater unit. Power down or shut off the heater completely before connecting or disconnecting the thermostat cord. Align the twist-lock connector properly and rotate to lock before restoring heater operation. Follow all applicable jobsite safety procedures and the heater manufacturer instructions when configuring remote controls.
