    Received wrong item and a damaged box and still waiting for my refund and return label nearly a month later

    I received this item on August 19, 2025 and it was the wrong item and the box was damaged. I contacted Voomi right away and they told me to file a claim for the damaged box and also for the wrong item. I did that actually twice for the damaged box and for the wrong item, I have done the chat through the website countless times, I have sent tons of pictures, I have called, I have emailed and still no resolution. I am still waiting to get a return label to return this box and get it out of my living room and to get a refund. It has been nearly a month and I have had to follow up countless times with no resolution, no callbacks… nothing! I am . not satisfied at all. I am trying to run a small business and having to continue to follow up on this item and the refund countless times and to get a resolution is absolutely ridiculous!!. Since I did receive the wrong item, the customer who lives in Florida and is a single dad and has a three-year-old child was waiting on this part to fix their AC, they had been without AC for nearly two weeks!! . Due to getting the wrong part, they had to wait even longer. We finally went with another company and we were able to help them. I asked for this situation to be escalated and I get is ” we appreciate your patience. “. I will never use this company again and definitely would not recommend it.
