The valve automatically shuts off the fuel supply when the ambient temperature reaches one hundred sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit, reducing fire risks. It also includes a manual operation option for fuel shutoff. A clear flow direction arrow is embossed on the valve for easy installation. It meets NFPA 31 code requirements for residential heating.
