Product Description

The FIELDPIECE GVD-5PL is a 5" automatic vent damper designed for 24V gas systems. It allows natural draft during appliance operation and prevents heat and conditioned air from escaping during off cycles. Wiring harnesses are sold separately. It also prevents the infiltration of cold air during down drafts.

• Operate with all 24 VAC, 60hz intermittent and standing pilot ignition systems.
• Stainless steel construction provides superior corrosion resistance.
• Safety switch allows the burner to fire only when the damper is in the open position.

Product Highlights

This gas vent damper is made of stainless steel and includes dual safety switches. It is designed to be installed in the vent pipe after the draft hood.
