The FERNCO INC IC44P is a 4-inch internal pushfit coupling designed for sewer pipe and drain-waste-vent (DWV) connections. It fits pipes with internal diameters ranging from 3.90 inches to 4.06 inches. The rigid ABS body seats inside the pipe rather than clamping the outside, making it the go-to solution when the external pipe surface is inaccessible or when working on sheared-off pipe ends where standard couplings will not seat. Installation requires no tools and can be completed in 30 seconds or less. A built-in pipe stop confirms correct insertion when flush to the pipe end, and an internal lip maintains a smooth flow transition. The connection is watertight across pipe materials and rated to 4.3 psi test pressure.
