The FEIT ELECTRIC LEDR6XT/ADJ/6WYCA is a color-selectable, canless LED recessed downlight designed for direct installation into finished ceilings via a tethered J-Box connection. No recessed housing or existing can is required. The built-in trim and swivel gimbal mechanism allow directional aiming, making it suitable for accent lighting as well as general illumination. Color temperature is field-selectable, giving electricians the flexibility to match the light output to the surrounding fixtures without swapping hardware. This fixture ships in a package of four units and is intended for residential and light commercial ceiling installations.

This downlight is used in new construction and retrofit applications where a canless installation method is preferred. The tethered J-Box design connects directly to standard junction box wiring in the ceiling, eliminating the need for a separate recessed housing. The swivel gimbal head allows the lamp to be angled after mounting, which is useful for highlighting architectural features or artwork.
