The FALLTECH 8240Y Elastech shock absorbing lanyard features a heavy-duty tubular polyester outer jacket that resists abrasion and UV exposure. Its internal high modulus elastic construction will not soften from frequent use. Forged steel or aluminum connectors feature a 3,600 lbs gate strength. The full-length internal energy absorber limits fall forces to 900 lbs or less.
