The EZ-FLO ez 1010-hb is a 1-gallon canister fertilizer injector designed for high-pressure irrigation and hose-end applications. It connects inline with a standard garden hose or irrigation line using 3/4-inch female hose thread (FHT) inlet and 3/4-inch male hose thread (MHT) outlet fittings. The unit meters liquid fertilizers, nutrients, or water-soluble treatments directly into the water stream as it flows through the system. Requires a minimum flow rate of 2.0 gallons per minute (GPM) for standard operation, or as low as 0.125 GPM when optional flow disks are installed. Licensed irrigation technicians, landscape professionals, and experienced DIYers install this unit as part of residential or light commercial irrigation setups.
This injector is suited for above-ground hose-end irrigation systems, garden drip lines, and turf fertilization applications where liquid amendment delivery is needed without a dedicated injection pump. The high-pressure-rated canister handles line pressures up to a maximum of 80 psi. It is not approved for installation on systems where static or dynamic pressure exceeds 80 psi. Typical applications include lawn fertilization, micro-drip nutrient delivery, and general liquid amendment injection for residential and light commercial landscape maintenance.
Designed for use with standard 3/4-inch hose-thread irrigation and hose-end connections on residential and light commercial irrigation systems operating at or below 80 psi.
Installation is typically performed by irrigation technicians or landscape professionals familiar with hose-thread fittings and irrigation system pressure management. Shut off the water supply and verify system pressure does not exceed 80 psi before installing this injector. Do not install on high-pressure supply lines without a pressure regulator upstream. Hand-tighten hose-thread connections and use thread tape where needed to prevent leaks at the inlet and outlet fittings.
