The ESAB 0558-102565 is the Renegade ET 300iP, a multi-process TIG and Stick welder built for trade professionals who need full output capability in the field or the shop. Weighing 33 pounds, it delivers 5 to 300 amps with a 40% duty cycle at 300 amps. The unit automatically accepts single- and three-phase input power from 208 volts to 460 volts, eliminating the need for manual voltage selection. Licensed welders and industrial maintenance techs use this machine for precision TIG work and heavy Stick welding in environments where portability and power density are critical. The package includes the power supply, a 10-foot input cable, a shoulder strap, and two male 50mm OKC connectors.
The Renegade ET 300iP is designed for both shop and field use, including confined-space access. Its three-handle design allows easy maneuvering through manholes and other restricted areas. The machine supports air-cooled and water-cooled torch packages and ships with the THX 201 torch on a 26-foot lead. Pulse HF TIG capability spans a 0.1 to 1000 Hz pulse frequency range, making it suited for applications where precise arc control, penetration depth, and travel speed matter. This unit fits industrial maintenance, pipeline, structural, and general fabrication environments.
Packaged with the THX 201 torch on a 26-foot lead. Compatible with air-cooled and water-cooled torch packages. Designed as a standalone multi-process power supply for TIG and Stick welding applications.
Installation and setup should be performed by a qualified welder or licensed electrician familiar with single- and three-phase power connections. Power down and lock out the supply circuit before making any input wiring connections. Ensure the supply circuit rating matches the input voltage and amperage draw of the unit before energizing. Follow applicable NFPA 70 (NEC) requirements for conductor sizing and overcurrent protection.
