Esab 0004450095 is a gas mixing nozzle for oxy-fuel cutting and welding applications, sized for calculated cutting thicknesses of 60–100 mm. The nozzle uses a two-component coaxial design with an inner oxygen channel and an outer heating-flame channel to produce a stable cutting flame; it is made from copper and brass and is compatible with ESAB equipment. Regular cleaning of channels with reamers is required to maintain cutting performance.
