Ergodyne EGO60223 is the 8966 lightweight cap-style hard hat designed to protect the top of the head with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell approximately 15% lighter than PC-ABS. It features a six-point breathable open suspension, one-handed LockFit ratchet with 36 adjustment points, always-open venting for improved air circulation, and a removable foam-backed washable sweatband. Certified to ANSI Z89.1-2014 and CSA Z94.1-15 as Type 1, Class C.
