The ERGODYNE 60197 is a hard hat LED light designed to attach to compatible Skullerz safety helmets and hard hats. Made from plastic construction in a black and orange colorway, this accessory slides in and out of a dedicated mounting channel for quick, tool-free installation and removal. It operates in three distinct lighting modes: Boost, Spotlight, and Floodlight. Boost mode delivers up to 4 hours of runtime, Spotlight mode extends to 9 hours, and Floodlight mode provides up to 14 hours of continuous use. It is intended for industrial, construction, and utility workers who need hands-free illumination without carrying a separate headlamp.

This LED light is suited for work environments where head protection is required and additional lighting improves task visibility. Typical applications include construction sites, electrical work, confined space entry, and utility maintenance. The slide-in/out attachment integrates with the Skullerz helmet platform, allowing the light to be added or swapped during a shift without removing the helmet. Installation Notes

Installation does not require tools. Align the LED light module with the slide channel on the front of the compatible Skullerz helmet and press firmly until it seats. Before servicing or replacing the unit, ensure the helmet is removed from the head and the work area is safe. Follow applicable ANSI Z89.1 and site-specific PPE requirements when modifying or attaching accessories to head protection.
