The ERGODYNE 24063 is a Class 2 high visibility safety vest designed for workers in traffic control, road construction, utilities, and similar high-exposure environments. Built from a combination of mesh and solid fabric panels, it provides both ventilation and the structural surface area required to meet ANSI/ISEA 107 certification standards. The vest features a zipper closure for secure fit and includes six pockets for storing tools, pens, and small equipment. A 2-inch silver reflective stripe runs horizontally across the torso, meeting Class 2 visibility requirements. Licensed HVAC techs, electricians, utility workers, and site supervisors working near active traffic or heavy equipment are the primary end users.
The 24063 is sized for Small/Medium fit, accommodating chest sizes from 36 to 44 inches. The two-tone mesh and solid construction balances airflow with reflective stripe surface coverage. Dual radio mic tabs allow hands-free communication equipment to be routed cleanly, making this vest well suited for field supervisors, flaggers, and service technicians who carry two-way radios on the job. The orange colorway meets ANSI Class 2 background material requirements for daytime and low-light work zone visibility.
Designed as an OEM-style high visibility garment conforming to ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 standards, suitable for general industry, construction, and utility work zone applications requiring Class 2 conspicuity.
No tools are required to don this vest. Inspect reflective striping and closure hardware before each use to confirm the garment remains compliant with applicable work zone PPE requirements. Retire the vest from service if reflective material is cracked, peeling, or significantly soiled in a way that cannot be cleaned, as degraded reflectivity may no longer meet ANSI Class 2 standards. Follow your employer or project safety plan for PPE requirements when working near active roadways or heavy equipment.
