The ERGODYNE 17945 is an ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A4 cut resistant sleeve designed to protect the forearm and wrist in industrial and trade environments where cutting, slicing, or puncture hazards are present. Constructed from HPPE (High-Performance Polyethylene) with a spandex wrist insert, the sleeve measures 22.0 inches in overall length and weighs just 0.28 pounds. The lightweight build and breathable material make it suited for extended wear on the job. A hook and loop closure with a thumbhole keeps the sleeve securely positioned during active work without bunching or falling down.
This sleeve is used in manufacturing, metal fabrication, glass handling, and other industrial applications where forearm cut protection is required. The launderable construction allows repeated use and easy maintenance between shifts. The lime color provides high visibility on the worksite. It fits a standard size and is appropriate for use in residential and commercial trade settings where ANSI cut-level compliance is required by safety protocols or site requirements.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-issue cut resistant sleeve for use in industrial, manufacturing, and trade environments requiring ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A4 forearm protection.
This sleeve is donned and doffed by the worker and does not require tools or mechanical installation. Inspect the sleeve before each use for signs of wear, cuts, or damage that could compromise protection. Follow the employer personal protective equipment program and applicable OSHA PPE standards when selecting and deploying cut resistant sleeves. Launder according to manufacturer care instructions to maintain cut resistance performance over time.
