The ENERPAC v-66 is a manually operated check valve with an integrated relief valve, designed for hydraulic systems that require controlled, directional fluid management. The operator can quickly reverse fluid direction by hand, making this valve well suited for load holding applications with both single-acting and double-acting cylinders. The integral relief valve is factory set at 11,500 psi. Oil port connections are 3/8 inches NPTF. This valve is typically installed by hydraulic technicians and maintenance professionals working with industrial or high-pressure hydraulic circuits.
The v-66 is appropriate for industrial hydraulic applications where load holding and precise directional fluid control are required. It is compatible with single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders. A corrosion-resistant variant, the v-66NV, incorporates Viton seals and a nickel-plated finish for use in environments where exposure to moisture or corrosive media is a concern. The v-66F variant offers very fine metering capability for precise flow control, though it is not rated for load holding applications.
Designed for use with single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders in industrial hydraulic circuits. Compatible with the v-66NV (Viton seals, nickel-plated) and v-66F (fine metering) variants within the same valve family.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician. Depressurize the hydraulic system completely and verify zero stored pressure before connecting or disconnecting any fittings. Use thread sealant appropriate for NPTF connections and torque fittings according to the system plumber's standard practice for the port size. Do not use the v-66F model in load holding applications, as it is not rated for that service.
