The ENERPAC rc1006 is a single acting, general purpose hydraulic cylinder designed for high-force industrial lifting, pushing, and positioning applications. Part of the RC-TRIO generation of the RC-Series line, it delivers 103.1 tons of capacity with a 6.63 inch stroke. A pre-tensioned spring provides fast plunger retraction, reducing cycle time during repetitive operations. The robust bearing system uses composite wear bands and a hardened stop ring to resist side-loading, which reduces wear and extends service intervals. High-grade polyethylene seals and a plunger wiper protect internal components from contamination and support long service life.
The rc1006 is suited for maintenance, fabrication, construction, and industrial service applications where controlled linear force is required. It is installed by millwrights, maintenance technicians, and hydraulic specialists in both field and shop environments. The cylinder shares the same dimensions and thread specifications as prior RC-Series cylinders, making it a direct fit for operators already working within the RC-Series ecosystem.
The rc1006 shares the same dimensions and thread specifications as prior-generation RC-Series cylinders, providing full dimensional compatibility within the RC-Series family. Designed as a direct OEM-style replacement or upgrade for single acting RC-Series hydraulic cylinder applications.
Installation and service of hydraulic cylinders should be performed by qualified technicians familiar with hydraulic system safety procedures. Always relieve all hydraulic pressure from the system before connecting or disconnecting the cylinder. Ensure the work surface and support structure are rated to handle the full output force of the cylinder before pressurizing. Follow all applicable ASME and workplace safety standards for hydraulic tooling and high-force lifting operations.
