The ENERPAC HC7220 is a high-pressure hydraulic pump hose designed for use with hydraulic tooling systems operating at pressures up to 10,000 psi. The hose features a steel wire braid reinforcement over a thermoplastic inner core, giving it the structural integrity required for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. It measures 1/4 inch inside diameter and 20 feet in overall length, making it a practical reach hose for most portable pump and cylinder setups. One end terminates in a 3/8 NPTF male fitting, while the opposite end carries a CH-604 coupler connection. The yellow outer jacket aids in visibility on the job site. The HC7220 belongs to the H700 series and is suited for use with single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic torque wrenches, pullers, and similar hydraulic tooling powered by compatible Enerpac hydraulic pumps. The 20-foot length provides adequate working distance between pump and tool in most maintenance and construction scenarios. This hose is intended for professional hydraulic circuit applications where a rated 10,000 psi working pressure is required. It is not intended for pneumatic, steam, or water service.

Hydraulic hose installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic equipment technician. Depressurize and lock out the hydraulic system completely before disconnecting or installing any hose. Inspect fittings and threads for damage before making connections, and do not overtighten NPTF fittings beyond hand-tight plus the turns specified by the fitting manufacturer. Never use a hose that shows signs of kinking, abrasion, or fitting damage at any pressure level.
