The EMUGE L0100100.5619 is a double-end plug thread gage designed to inspect 3/8-16 STI (Screw Thread Insert) threads to ASME B1.2 standards. One end carries the Go member and the other carries the No Go member, allowing a technician to verify both the minimum and maximum thread tolerance limits in a single tool. Manufactured from tool steel with a bright, uncoated finish, this gage is built for dimensional stability under repeated shop use. A short-form certification is included with each unit. The gage meets Class 2B tolerance classification and is intended for right-hand thread inspection.

This plug gage is used wherever STI threaded inserts are installed and the resulting internal thread must be verified before assembly.
