The EMUGE GFT9B836.9678 is a helical flute thread mill designed for cutting NPT (National Pipe Taper) internal threads in sizes 1/2-14 and 3/4-14. Built from ultra fine grain solid carbide and coated with TiCN, it delivers reliable tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 4-flute, left-hand helical geometry produces clean thread forms in a single helical interpolation pass. With a cutting diameter of 0.5610 inches (14.25 mm), a length of cut of 1.034 inches, and a straight-cylindrical shank diameter of 0.625 inches, this mill fits standard toolholders used in CNC machining centers. Coolant-through capability supports chip evacuation in deep or blind thread applications.
