The EMUGE GFR15106.5045 is a helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal UNF threads to a 3/8-24 specification. Built from micrograin solid carbide and finished with a TiCN coating, this tool delivers precise thread geometry and extended tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It runs three right-hand helical flutes with a cutting diameter of 0.3090 inches and a length of cut of 0.7690 inches. The 5/16-inch shank seats securely in standard toolholders. Machinists and CNC operators use this mill on machining centers where single-point thread cutting is not practical or where threading and boring are combined in a single helical interpolation pass.

This thread mill is suited for internal threading operations in precision machining environments, including aerospace, automotive, and general metalworking applications. The UNF 3/8-24 thread form is common in fine-thread fastener applications requiring close tolerances.
