The EMUGE A0181000.4114 is a British Standard Pipe Tap designed for cutting 1/16-28 BSPT internal threads in blind hole applications. It features a modified bottoming chamfer, making it well suited for threading close to the bottom of a blind hole where a standard taper or plug chamfer would leave too many unfinished threads.
