The EMUGE 2832A.012 is a solid carbide roughing and finishing end mill designed for demanding metal removal and contour finishing operations on CNC machining centers. It features a 12 mm diameter with a 3 mm corner radius end geometry, four flutes in a right-hand cutting direction, and a TiAlN coating that provides heat and wear resistance during high-speed cutting. The 7 mm length of cut and long-length body suit both roughing passes and finish profiling in a single tool. A 0-degree nominal helix with a maximum helix angle of 38 degrees supports stable cutting across a range of ferrous and nonferrous workpiece materials. Machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop environments are the primary users.

This end mill is suited for milling slots, pockets, profiles, and corner-radius contours in materials where TiAlN coating performance is an advantage, such as hardened steels, stainless alloys, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys.
