Empire Industries 310PC0300 is an Em-Lok adjustable swivel ring hanger designed to suspend insulated and non-insulated pipe lines. The plastic-coated band protects the pipe from steel contact, reduces noise and vibration, and prevents electrolysis. It accepts a 1/2 in rod and fits 3 in IPS pipe (suitable for 3-1/2 in OD pipe) with a 600 lb load capacity, and complies with federal and MSS specifications.
