The Empire Comfort Systems DVC-55-IPX is a 55,000 BTU Direct-Vent Counterflow Vented Wall Furnace. This unit is designed for installation on outside walls, allowing for direct venting outside. It fits flush against the wall, requiring a seven and a half inch opening between studs for proper venting. The furnace can also be recessed between standard wall studs after repositioning some studs. It measures sixteen inches in width and is specifically designed to heat larger areas while occupying minimal floor space.
