The EMPIRE 137SS0600 is a round U-bolt designed to secure 6-inch pipe in mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC piping systems. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it resists corrosion in wet or chemically aggressive environments. The 5/8-11 UNC thread with a 3-3/4 inch thread length provides strong clamping engagement. With a rated load capacity of 3,620 pounds, this U-bolt handles heavy pipe loads on structural supports and hangers. It ships without a mount plate and includes four hex nuts. Plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors install this hardware in commercial and industrial pipe support assemblies.

Compatibility

Installation Notes

Do not overtighten the U-bolt across the pipe wall, as deformation of the pipe or fitting may result.
