Product Description

The EMBERGLOW EWPO2430PM is a vent-free liquid propane burner system designed for installation in vent-free fireboxes in residential and mobile home applications. Rated at 33,000 BTU/h maximum output, it uses a manual valve for operation and does not support remote control of any kind — all adjustments are made directly at the burner inside the firebox. The system includes an Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) that shuts off gas flow automatically when room oxygen levels drop to unsafe levels. Manifold pressure is 8.0 inches water column, with inlet supply pressure ranging from 11.0 to 14.0 inches water column. A licensed gas technician should perform installation in accordance with applicable local codes.

This burner is intended for indoor use in single-sided vent-free fireboxes. It is certified for use in mobile homes. It accommodates 18-inch, 24-inch, and 30-inch Everwarm Palmetto and Low Country Timber log sets. Minimum firebox requirements vary by log size: an 18-inch log set requires a firebox at least 17 inches tall, 13.5 inches deep, 24 inches wide at the front, and 20.5 inches wide at the rear. A 24-inch log set requires the same height and depth with a 28-inch front width and 20.5-inch rear width. A 30-inch log set requires a 32-inch front width and 26-inch rear width. Due to the maximum BTU output of this burner, it cannot be used in the following Monessen fireboxes: ACUF32-BD, ACUF32-GD, BUF32A, BUF32-T, BUF32-H, LCUF32CR-C, LCUF32CR-BT, LCUF32CR-GT, or LCUF32CR-GH.
