Product Description

The EMBERGLOW EWPO2430NV is a millivolt, vent-free natural gas burner system designed for installation inside a vent-free firebox. Rated at 35,000 BTU/h maximum output, it operates on a millivolt ignition system that can be controlled manually at the burner or via an optional remote (not included). The unit incorporates an Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) that automatically shuts off the gas supply when ambient oxygen levels drop to unsafe levels. A 1/2-inch gas connection is required, with a manifold pressure of 3.5 inches w.c. and inlet supply pressure rated between 5.0 and 10.5 inches w.c. This burner is approved for mobile home installation and is intended for indoor, single-sided fireplace applications.

This burner is designed for use with 18-inch, 24-inch, and 30-inch Everwarm Palmetto and Low Country Timber log sets inside a vent-free firebox. Minimum firebox requirements vary by log size: 18-inch logs require a minimum height of 17 inches, depth of 13.5 inches, front width of 24 inches, and rear width of 20.5 inches; 24-inch logs require front width of 28 inches and rear width of 20.5 inches; 30-inch logs require front width of 32 inches and rear width of 26 inches. Due to its maximum BTU output, this burner cannot be used in the following Monessen fireboxes: ACUF32-BD, ACUF32-GD, BUF32A, BUF32-T, BUF32-H, LCUF32CR-C, LCUF32CR-BT, LCUF32CR-GT, or LCUF32CR-GH. This product cannot be shipped to California, and state or local codes in some areas prohibit use of vent-free products.
