Product Description

The EMBERGLOW EWPO2430NM is a vent-free natural gas burner designed for installation in a vent-free firebox as part of a log set system. Rated at 35,000 BTU/h maximum output, this manual valve burner is controlled directly at the burner unit inside the firebox and is not compatible with any remote operation. It includes an Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) that automatically shuts off the gas supply when room oxygen levels fall to unsafe levels, providing a critical safety layer for indoor use. Manifold pressure is 3.5 inches w.c., with inlet supply pressure ranging from 5.0 inches w.c. minimum to 10.5 inches w.c. maximum. Installation is performed by a licensed gas technician.

This burner is approved for indoor, single-sided fireplace installations and is certified for use in mobile homes. It accepts 18-inch, 24-inch, and 30-inch log sets from the Everwarm Palmetto and Low Country Timber series. Minimum firebox requirements vary by log size: an 18-inch log requires a firebox at least 17 inches high, 13.5 inches deep, 24 inches front width, and 20.5 inches rear width. A 24-inch log requires the same height and depth with 28 inches front width and 20.5 inches rear width. A 30-inch log requires 17 inches height, 13.5 inches depth, 32 inches front width, and 26 inches rear width. Due to its maximum BTU rating, this burner cannot be used in the following Monessen fireboxes: ACUF32-BD, ACUF32-GD, BUF32A, BUF32-T, BUF32-H, LCUF32CR-C, LCUF32CR-BT, LCUF32CR-GT, or LCUF32CR-GH.
