The EMBERGLOW EWCL2430PV is a vent-free millivolt burner system designed for use with Everwarm Cumberland traditional log sets in 24-inch and 30-inch sizes. Rated at 40,000 BTU/h, it operates on liquid propane (LP) and is intended for installation inside a vent-free firebox in residential or mobile home applications. The millivolt ignition system allows manual operation at the burner or remote operation when an optional remote control is added. An Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) monitors room oxygen levels and automatically shuts off gas flow if levels drop to an unsafe threshold, providing a critical safety layer in enclosed spaces.
This burner is approved for indoor, single-sided fireplace installations and carries mobile home approval. It is designed exclusively for use with Everwarm Cumberland log sets in either the 24-inch or 30-inch configuration. The firebox must meet minimum dimensional requirements: for the 24-inch log set, the firebox requires at least 17 inches of height, 13.5 inches of depth, 28 inches of front width, and 20.5 inches of rear width; for the 30-inch log set, at least 17 inches of height, 13.5 inches of depth, 32 inches of front width, and 26 inches of rear width. State and local codes in some jurisdictions prohibit vent-free products. This product cannot be shipped to California.
Designed exclusively for use with Everwarm Cumberland log sets in 24-inch and 30-inch sizes. This burner is not compatible with other log set brands or styles. Log sets are certified for use with specific burners only and are not universal — using this burner with a non-compatible log set creates risk of fire, carbon monoxide poisoning, and property damage.
Installation must be performed by a licensed gas technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54 / ANSI Z223.1). Shut off the LP supply at the tank and verify zero pressure at the burner inlet before making any gas connections. Confirm that the firebox meets the minimum height, depth, and width requirements for the selected log size before installation. Verify local and state codes permit vent-free appliances in the intended space prior to installation — some jurisdictions prohibit their use entirely.
