The ELECTRO HARDWARE S833-MO4-F16-G is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer machined from aluminum grade T-3 to QQ-A-225A Comp 2 specification. It measures 0.875 inches in overall length with a 0.3125-inch outside diameter and a 0.141-inch inside diameter, sized for a No. 6 screw. The uncoated finish leaves the aluminum bare, making it suitable for applications where conductivity or a clean metal-to-metal contact is required. Electronics assemblers, PCB technicians, and panel builders use this type of spacer to maintain consistent standoff clearance between a circuit board and a mounting surface or between stacked boards.
This spacer is intended for use in circuit board mounting applications requiring a No. 6 fastener and a 7/8-inch standoff height. It fits residential and commercial electronics enclosures, HVAC control panels, electrical panels, and similar assemblies where precise board-to-surface spacing is necessary. The female unthreaded design accepts a No. 6 screw passed through from the board side, with the spacer body bearing the compressive load between surfaces. It is sold individually and ordered in single-unit multiples.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation circuit board spacer for assemblies using No. 6 fasteners and requiring a 7/8-inch standoff height in inch-measurement systems.
Circuit board spacers are typically installed by electronics technicians or panel assemblers working on de-energized equipment - always disconnect and lock out power before servicing any control board or panel assembly. Align the spacer bore with the corresponding board mounting hole before seating the No. 6 fastener to avoid cross-threading or canting. Do not overtighten the fastener through the unthreaded bore, as aluminum spacers can deform under excessive clamp load. Installation should comply with applicable IPC standards and any equipment manufacturer guidelines for board mounting hardware.
