The ELECTRO HARDWARE S817-MO4-F16-G is a round, female unthreaded aluminum circuit board spacer designed to maintain precise standoff distances between PCBs and mounting surfaces. Sized at 0.625 inches overall length with a 0.3125-inch outside diameter and a 0.141-inch inside diameter, this spacer is engineered for No. 6 screw applications. Manufactured from Aluminum Grade T-3 to the QQ-A-225A Comp 2 fastener standard, it ships uncoated. Electronics assemblers, PCB technicians, and control board installers use this type of spacer in HVAC control boards, electrical enclosures, and industrial equipment assemblies where consistent board spacing and reliable mechanical support are required.
This spacer suits residential and light commercial electronic assemblies where a No. 6 fastener is the standard mounting screw. Typical applications include circuit board mounting in HVAC control panels, variable frequency drives, relay boards, and other enclosure-mounted PCBs that require precise standoff height and secure non-threaded female engagement. The round body shape and uncoated aluminum construction make it appropriate for environments where corrosion exposure is minimal and electrical conductivity of the spacer body is not a concern.
Designed for use with No. 6 screw fasteners in inch-measurement PCB mounting applications. Suitable as a standard round circuit board spacer wherever a female unthreaded aluminum standoff of 0.625-inch length and 0.3125-inch outside diameter is specified.
Installation is performed by electronics technicians or control board assemblers during PCB mounting or replacement. De-energize all equipment and discharge any capacitors before handling circuit boards or installing spacers. Use appropriately sized No. 6 fasteners and do not overtighten, as aluminum spacers can deform under excessive clamping load. Follow applicable NEC requirements when installing or replacing control boards in electrical enclosures.
