The ELECTRO HARDWARE S545-M07-F16-E is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer designed to maintain fixed standoff distances between a PCB and a mounting surface or between stacked boards. Machined from 18-8 grade 303 stainless steel to the QQ-S-763 fastener standard, it delivers corrosion resistance and dimensional consistency in demanding environments. The spacer measures 0.75 inches in overall length with a 0.25-inch outside diameter and a 0.116-inch inside diameter, accepting a No. 4 screw. The uncoated finish leaves the base metal exposed, which is appropriate where coating contamination is a concern. Electronics technicians, panel builders, and field service electricians use this type of hardware during control board installations and enclosure assemblies.
This spacer is suited for use in residential and commercial control panel assemblies, HVAC control boards, electrical enclosures, and similar applications where a No. 4 fastener standoff is required. Its stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for environments with moderate moisture exposure or where carbon steel hardware is not acceptable. The female unthreaded body allows a screw to pass through or seat against the spacer depending on the assembly configuration. It is sold individually, making it practical for single-unit replacements or small-quantity service work.
Designed as a standard No. 4 screw circuit board spacer for use in PCB mounting, control board assemblies, and electrical enclosures where a 0.75-inch female unthreaded standoff is specified.
Installation is typically performed by electronics technicians or licensed electricians during control board mounting or enclosure assembly. De-energize the panel or control system completely before removing or installing circuit board hardware. Use appropriately sized drivers and avoid over-torquing fasteners into the unthreaded bore, as the spacer is not intended to carry thread load. Verify spacer length against the required standoff dimension before final assembly to ensure proper board clearance.
