The ELECTRO HARDWARE S1383-M01-F21-I is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer designed to create a fixed standoff distance between a printed circuit board and a mounting surface. Machined from brass and finished with zinc plating per ASTM B633, QQ-B-626 Comp 22 Type 1, this spacer accepts a No. 10 screw and measures 0.875 inches overall length with a 0.5-inch outside diameter and a 0.194-inch inside diameter. The zinc-plated finish provides corrosion resistance in panel and enclosure environments. Electricians, control panel builders, and electronics technicians install these spacers when assembling control boards, relay panels, and enclosure-mounted PCBs in HVAC, electrical, and industrial applications.
This spacer is suited for use in residential and commercial control panel assemblies, HVAC equipment circuit boards, and electrical enclosures where a No. 10 fastener is used to secure a board at a precise standoff height. The 0.875-inch overall length sets a consistent gap between the board and the mounting surface, preventing contact-related shorts and allowing airflow beneath the board. Its round body and standard inch dimensions make it a common fit for a wide range of panel assembly work across HVAC, plumbing controls, and electrical distribution equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation standoff spacer for circuit boards secured with No. 10 fasteners in standard inch-dimensioned panel assemblies.
Circuit board spacers are installed by electricians and control panel technicians. Always de-energize the panel or equipment completely before removing or installing any control board assembly. Use a properly sized No. 10 screw and do not overtighten, as brass spacers can deform under excessive torque. Verify standoff height requirements against the board manufacturer's specifications before selecting spacer length.
