The ELECTRO HARDWARE S1375-M04-F16-K is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer machined from aluminum grade T-3 per fastener standard QQ-A-225A Comp 2. It measures 0.75 inches overall length with a 0.5 inch outside diameter and a 0.257 inch inside diameter, sized to accept a 1/4 inch screw. The spacer ships uncoated and maintains tight dimensional tolerances: length tolerance of -0.005 to 0.005 inches and inside diameter tolerance of 0.000 to 0.010 inches. Electricians, electronics technicians, and PCB assembly professionals use this type of hardware to create controlled standoff distance between a circuit board and its mounting surface, preventing shorts and allowing airflow beneath the board.
This spacer is suited for use in electronics assemblies where a fixed, non-threaded standoff is required between a printed circuit board and a chassis or panel. Typical applications include control board mounting in HVAC equipment, industrial control panels, and electrical enclosures. Its round body and female unthreaded design allow a 1/4 inch fastener to pass through or seat against it, securing the board at a consistent and repeatable height above the mounting surface. The aluminum construction keeps weight low while providing adequate rigidity for standard PCB mounting loads.
Designed as a standard-dimension aluminum circuit board spacer for use with 1/4 inch fasteners in PCB mounting applications across HVAC controls, electrical enclosures, and general electronics assembly.
Installation is performed by electricians or electronics technicians as part of control board or PCB assembly work. Power down and de-energize all circuits before handling or replacing circuit board hardware. Position the spacer between the board and the mounting surface before seating the fastener - do not overtighten the mating screw, as aluminum spacers can deform under excessive clamping force. Follow applicable NEC guidelines and equipment manufacturer instructions when servicing control boards in electrical or HVAC equipment.
