The ELECTRO HARDWARE S1343-M04-F16-K is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer machined from aluminum grade T3 to QQ-A-225A Comp 2 specification. It measures 0.25 inches overall length with a 0.257 inch inside diameter and a 0.500 inch outside diameter, designed to accept a 1/4 inch screw. The uncoated bright finish leaves the aluminum surface exposed, which is appropriate for applications where electrical conductivity or minimal outgassing is a priority. Electronics assembly technicians and board-level hardware installers use this spacer to maintain precise standoff clearance between a printed circuit board and a chassis or mounting surface.
This spacer is suited for use in control board assemblies, printed circuit board mounting applications, and enclosure builds where a compact 1/4 inch standoff height is required. The female unthreaded bore accepts a 1/4 inch screw passed through the bore and secured from the opposite side, making it appropriate for panel-mount and chassis-mount configurations in HVAC control boards, electrical enclosures, and similar low-voltage electronics assemblies. The round body and standard inch dimensions make it compatible with typical PCB mounting hole patterns used in commercial and residential equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation spacer for printed circuit board mounting applications requiring a 1/4 inch screw size, 1/4 inch overall length, and 1/2 inch outside diameter in an inch-measurement system.
Installation is performed by electronics assembly technicians or field service technicians working on control board replacements. Power down and de-energize the equipment completely before servicing any circuit board or control assembly. Use appropriately sized screwdrivers or nut drivers and avoid overtightening, as aluminum spacers can deform under excessive clamp load. Verify standoff height requirements against the board and chassis specification before final assembly.
