The ELECTRO HARDWARE S1343-M04-F16-H is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer machined from aluminum grade T-3 to QQ-A-225A Comp 2 specification. It measures 0.25 inches overall length with a 0.5 inch outside diameter and a 0.171 inch inside diameter sized for a number 8 screw. The uncoated finish leaves the aluminum bare, which is standard for interior enclosure and PCB standoff applications. Electricians, control panel assemblers, and electronics technicians use this type of spacer to maintain consistent board-to-chassis clearance and prevent contact between circuit board traces and mounting surfaces.
This spacer is suited for use in residential and commercial control panels, HVAC control boards, electrical enclosures, and similar applications where a rigid, non-threaded standoff is needed to position a printed circuit board at a fixed height. The round body and inch-system dimensions are common in North American OEM control board assemblies and aftermarket panel builds. It installs without threading, accepting a number 8 fastener through the 0.171 inch bore.
Designed as a standard inch-system female unthreaded round spacer for number 8 screw applications in printed circuit board and control panel assemblies.
De-energize all circuits and discharge any capacitors before handling or installing circuit board hardware. Use appropriately sized number 8 fasteners to avoid deforming the unthreaded bore. Follow applicable NEC guidelines when working inside electrical enclosures. Inspect the mounting surface and board holes for burrs or debris before seating the spacer to ensure accurate standoff height.
