The ELECTRO HARDWARE S1143-M04-F16-G is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer machined from T-3 grade aluminum. It provides rigid standoff support between a printed circuit board and a mounting surface, maintaining a fixed gap to prevent contact and allow airflow or wire routing. With an overall length of 1.5 inches, an outside diameter of 0.375 inches, and an inside diameter of 0.141 inches, this spacer is sized for No. 6 screw applications. The uncoated aluminum finish suits standard indoor electronic enclosure environments. Electricians, HVAC control board technicians, and electronics assembly professionals use this spacer in both OEM manufacturing and field service work.
This spacer is suited for residential and commercial control board assemblies, industrial electronics enclosures, and HVAC equipment circuit board mounting applications. It is installed wherever a No. 6 fastener is used to secure a board to a panel, chassis, or secondary board layer. The female unthreaded bore accepts a No. 6 screw passed through from the board side, allowing a mating fastener to clamp the assembly. Typical use cases include motor control boards, thermostat sub-assemblies, variable frequency drive enclosures, and general low-voltage electronics housings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation spacer for circuit board assemblies requiring a No. 6 screw, female unthreaded, round aluminum standoff with a 1.5-inch overall length and 0.375-inch outside diameter.
Installation is performed by electricians or electronics technicians working on control board assemblies. Power down and de-energize the control circuit or enclosure before removing or installing any circuit board hardware. Use appropriate No. 6 fasteners and avoid overtightening, which can crack or bow the board. Follow applicable NEC guidelines for enclosure and low-voltage control wiring during any associated board service.
