The ELECTRO HARDWARE S1111-M07-F16-H is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer machined from 18-8 grade 303 stainless steel and conforming to fastener standard QQ-S-763. It accepts a Number 8 screw and measures 1 inch overall length with a 0.171-inch inside diameter and a 0.375-inch outside diameter. The uncoated finish leaves the base stainless alloy exposed for corrosion resistance without added plating. Electricians, electronics technicians, and control board service professionals use this type of standoff spacer when mounting PCBs inside enclosures, control panels, or equipment housings where secure, repeatable board-to-panel spacing is required.
This spacer is suited for residential and commercial control panel assemblies, HVAC control board mounting, electrical enclosures, and industrial equipment where a Number 8 fastener pattern is specified. Its all-stainless construction makes it appropriate for environments with moderate moisture exposure or where non-magnetic hardware is preferred. The female unthreaded bore allows a screw to pass through or seat the board at a fixed standoff height of 1 inch from the mounting surface.
Designed for use with Number 8 screw fastener patterns in circuit board mounting applications. Suitable as a direct replacement or new-installation standoff spacer wherever a round, female unthreaded stainless steel spacer with a 1-inch OAL and 0.375-inch OD is specified.
Installation is typically performed by electricians or electronics technicians during control board mounting or panel assembly. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and free of debris before seating the spacer. No powered circuits should be energized during board installation; follow applicable NEC guidelines for work inside electrical enclosures. Do not overtighten the mating screw, as the unthreaded bore is not designed to accept thread engagement.
