The ELECTRO HARDWARE S1071-M10-F21-G is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer designed to mount and separate printed circuit boards from chassis surfaces or adjacent boards. Sized at 0.375 inches overall length with a 0.375-inch outside diameter and a 0.141-inch inside diameter, this spacer accepts a No. 6 screw. It is manufactured from Grade 2 steel with a zinc-plated finish per ASTM B633 and QQ-S-633 Type 1, providing corrosion resistance in light-duty electronic and electrical enclosure environments. HVAC control board service, panel fabrication, and light industrial assembly are typical applications.
This spacer is used in residential and commercial electrical and HVAC control assemblies where circuit boards require a fixed standoff from a metal or plastic panel. Installers in the HVAC, electrical, and electronics fields use these spacers during control board replacement, panel repair, or new assembly work. The No. 6 screw size and inch-system dimensions make this spacer a standard fit for common domestic control board layouts.
Designed as a standard OEM-style round circuit board spacer for use with No. 6 screw fasteners in inch-system circuit board mounting applications.
Installation is performed by electricians, HVAC technicians, or electronics technicians during control board service or panel assembly. Always de-energize and lock out the equipment before servicing any control board or enclosure. Use appropriately sized No. 6 fasteners and avoid over-tightening, which can crack board substrates or distort the spacer body. Follow applicable NEC requirements for enclosure reassembly after service.
