The ELECTRO HARDWARE P545M06F16-632 is a female hex circuit board standoff designed to space and mount printed circuit boards within electrical enclosures, control panels, and electronic assemblies. Machined from aluminum alloy to material grade T-3 with a bright anodized finish per QQ-A-225A Comp 2, this standoff accepts a 6-32 threaded fastener and provides a 3/4-inch overall length with a 1/4-inch width across the hex flats. It is installed by electricians, electronics technicians, and HVAC control board service professionals wherever secure, insulated board-to-chassis spacing is required.
This standoff is suited for residential and light commercial control board assemblies, including HVAC unit control panels, relay boards, and custom electrical enclosures where repeatable board spacing and a secure threaded connection point are needed.
