The ELECTRO HARDWARE MP431M19F16M2.5 is a female hex circuit board standoff designed to create precise, non-conductive spacing between PCBs and mounting surfaces. Made from nylon with a plain, uncoated finish, this standoff measures 16 mm in overall length (approximately 0.63 inches) with a fully threaded M2.5 x 0.45 thread and a full 16 mm thread depth. The hex body measures 4.5 mm across flats (approximately 0.18 inches). With a tensile strength of 16,500 psi and conformance to MIL-P-17091B, it provides reliable, insulating support in circuit board assemblies. Electronics assemblers, PCB technicians, and electrical panel builders use this type of standoff in control boards across HVAC, industrial, and low-voltage electronics applications.
This standoff suits applications where electrical isolation is required between a printed circuit board and a metal or non-metal chassis.
