Machined from aluminum alloy T3 stock with a plain (bright/uncoated) finish, this fully threaded metric standoff features an M4 x 0.7 thread size, an overall length of 13 mm, and a 6 mm hex body width across flats. The hex body profile allows installation and removal with standard wrenches or hex drivers. It is installed by electronics technicians, PCB assembly specialists, and industrial electricians in panel-build and PCB mounting applications.
This standoff is suited for metric PCB mounting in control panels, industrial enclosures, HVAC control board assemblies, and similar low-voltage electronic equipment. The fully threaded bore runs the full 13 mm thread depth, accepting M4 x 0.7 fasteners on both ends to stack boards or secure them to a chassis. Use an appropriately sized nut driver or open-end wrench on the hex flats — do not grip the body with pliers, as this can deform the aluminum. Observe length tolerance of -0.13 mm to 0.13 mm when stacking multiple standoffs to maintain consistent board-to-board spacing.
