The ELECTRO HARDWARE MP1017M06F16M4 is a female hex circuit board standoff machined from aluminum alloy and designed to create fixed spacing between a PCB and a mounting surface or between stacked boards. The standoff features an M4 x 0.7 internal thread, a 9 mm overall length, and a 6 mm hex width across flats, making it easy to install and torque with standard hex tooling. The body is fully threaded to a 9 mm depth with a plain, bright uncoated finish. It meets QQ-A-225A Comp 2 material standards. Electronics assembly technicians, field service engineers, and panel builders use these standoffs during board mounting and chassis assembly operations.
This standoff is suited for metric-threaded PCB mounting applications in industrial controls, HVAC control boards, electrical panels, and similar enclosures where consistent board-to-surface spacing is required. Do not overtighten mating screws into the aluminum thread, as aluminum threads are more susceptible to galling and stripping than steel alternatives.
