The ELECTRO HARDWARE MMF1319M0321M25 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to mount and space printed circuit boards at a fixed distance from a chassis or secondary board. Machined from brass with a zinc-plated finish meeting ASTM B633 Type 1 and QQ-B-626 Comp 22 standards, this standoff provides corrosion resistance and reliable conductivity in electronic assemblies. The M2.5 x 0.45 metric thread runs male on one end and female (tapped) on the other, allowing boards to be stacked or secured in a single fastening operation. Overall length is 16.97 mm, with a hex body width across flats of 4.5 mm for clean wrench engagement.
This standoff is used in electronic control board assemblies found across HVAC control panels, plumbing system controllers, electrical enclosures, and industrial equipment. Do not overtighten - brass standoffs can be damaged by excessive torque, which may strip the M2.5 thread or crack the board mounting hole.
